Consistency Rules
Alpha Capital’s on-demand payout option includes extra consistency requirements.
- On-demand payouts require a 40% consistency rule.
- Minimum of 2% gross profit is required to request an on-demand payout.
Core Firm Rules
Inactivity Rule
- Accounts are deactivated after 30 days of inactivity.
- To stay active, log in and maintain a live connection.
- Once an account is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated.
All or Nothing Practices
- “All or nothing” style trading is prohibited.
- Inconsistent lot sizing patterns are not allowed.
Average Trade Duration
- The average duration of all trades must be more than 2 minutes.
- At least 50% of requested profit must come from trades held longer than 2 minutes.
Order Block Spamming
- Placing multiple orders in a short burst with spamming behaviour is prohibited.
News Trading on Qualified Analyst Accounts
- News trading is allowed only for Swing accounts.
- If a trade is opened within 2 minutes before or 2 minutes after a news release (4-minute window), it must be held for more than 2 minutes to be valid.
- For Alpha Pro 8/10% accounts, high-impact news trading is restricted to 2 minutes before or after the release.
- For Alpha One, Alpha Pro 6% and Alpha Three accounts, high-impact news trading is restricted to 5 minutes before or after the release.
- In evaluation programs, news trading is allowed on all accounts without restrictions.
Drawdown Adjustment – Alpha One Accounts
- If your 6% trailing max drawdown is reset to the initial balance after reaching 6% profit, you must maintain a profit buffer.
- Withdrawing all profits after the reset may result in account closure.
Risk Management
- Consistently risking or losing 2% or more in a single trade or cluster of trades closed at almost the same time is prohibited.
Qualified Analyst Allocation Rules
- $300,000 is the maximum allocation per trading strategy on a Qualified Analyst account.
- “Strategy” here is defined by the traded assets themselves (e.g. FX vs indices vs metals).
Copy Trading
- Copy trading is allowed for personal accounts only.
- Proof of ownership is required if an Alpha Capital account is treated as the slave account (MT5 only).

Payout Policy
Alpha Capital Group offers both bi-weekly payouts and an on-demand payout structure, depending on the plan you choose.
Biweekly Payout
- Available for Alpha Pro 8/10%, Alpha Pro 6% and Alpha Three plans (at checkout).
- Payouts are processed every 14 days.
- For the first performance fee request, you must trade at least 5 days using the same strategy.
- Minimum withdrawal: $100 in gross profits.
2% On-Demand Payout
- Available for Alpha Pro 8/10%, Alpha Pro 6%, Alpha Three, Alpha Swing and Alpha One (Swing & Alpha One have on-demand only).
- Traders can request payouts at any time once criteria are met.
- Minimum 2% gross profit required in the account.
- 40% Best Day Rule: no single day can contribute more than 40% of total profit for the payout cycle.
- At least 2% gross profit on the account.
- No day may exceed 40% of total profit (consistency rule).
Scaling Plan
Alpha Capital Group offers a scaling plan that allows successful traders to increase their capital allocation over time, subject to performance criteria.
