Consistency Rules

BrightFunded has a specific consistency rule for the Instant Funding program.

• Instant accounts require a 20% consistency score — meaning no single trading day’s profit should exceed 20% of total profits.
• Withdrawals from Instant accounts are only allowed when the consistency score is 20% or below.

General Trading Rules

Minimum Trading Days

• Evaluation: 5 minimum trading days in each phase.
• Funded phase: No minimum trading day requirement.

Inactivity Rule

• At least one trade is required every 30 days to avoid deactivation.
• If an account is not reactivated via support within 6 months, it may be permanently closed.

IPs / VPN / VPS

• VPNs and different IPs for travel are allowed.
• Only the account owner is allowed to trade — no account sharing.

News Trading

• Evaluation accounts: No restrictions on trading around news.
• Funded accounts: Traders should not trade 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after high-impact news.
• Profits made during this 10-minute restricted window are deducted from payouts (soft breach, account is not lost).

Copy Trading

• Copy trading is allowed only between accounts you personally own (BrightFunded, other prop firms, or personal broker).
• Copying between different owners’ accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Through Prop Firm One (PF1), traders can copy trades across multiple prop firms from a single platform while staying within BrightFunded’s rules.

Expert Advisors (EAs)

• EAs are allowed as long as they respect BrightFunded’s trading rules and limits.
• High-frequency abuse, arbitrage-style EAs and similar behaviour fall under prohibited strategies.

Prohibited Trading Strategies

BrightFunded has a broad list of practices that are treated as gambling, abuse or manipulation.

• Hedging and coordinated multi-account manipulation.
• Exploiting service errors, delays or external/lagged data feeds.
• Using external automated software, AI or high-speed tools that exploit latency or ticks.
• Risk-abusive trading: overleveraging, overexposure, one-sided bets and account rolling.
• Grid trading, arbitrage, tick scalping and high-frequency trading (HFT).

Payout Policy

BrightFunded offers flexible payout timing with scalable profit splits as you grow.

• Payout frequency: First payout after 30 days, then every 14 days (add-ons allow 14-day & 7-day structures).
• Profit split: Standard 80%, can increase to 90% with add-ons and up to 100% once scaled.
• Payout methods: Crypto (USDC – ERC-20) and Bank Transfer (EUR).
• No minimum payout amount is required.

Scaling Plan

• Evaluation period: 4 consecutive months starting from the first trade.
• Must be profitable in at least 2 out of 4 months with a total profit of 10% or more.
• At least 2 successful payouts must be completed.
• At the time of scaling, the account should be at breakeven or in profit (no drawdown).
• Each successful scaling step increases the balance by 30% of the original account size.
• No upper cap — accounts can scale indefinitely with consistent performance.
• From the 3rd scale-up onwards, traders can receive a 100% profit split.
