The5ers does not apply a separate “consistency score” style rule across its programs. Risk and behaviour are controlled through program-specific rules instead.
Core Firm Rules
News Trading
- Hyper-Growth & Bootcamp: News trading is generally allowed, but bracket-style strategies around news are not permitted.
- High Stakes: Placing orders from 2 minutes before until 2 minutes after high-impact news is not allowed.
Copy Trading
- Copy trading is allowed on High Stakes and Hyper-Growth, with allocation-based limits.
- Once total managed capital exceeds $500K, taking the exact same trades across accounts is no longer allowed.
- Copy from external accounts is allowed only if the external account belongs to the same trader.
- Third-party social copy services are not allowed.
- Copy trading is not allowed between two Bootcamp accounts.
The5ers also partners with Prop Firm One (PF1), which lets traders copy across multiple prop firm accounts from a single platform, while still respecting The5ers’ internal restrictions. For more details, see: PropFirmOne.com.
Expert Advisors (EAs)
- EAs are allowed across programs as long as they follow The5ers’ terms.
- Every position must have a Stop Loss set by the EA.
- The EA must not:
- Copy trades from other people’s signals.
- Run tick-scalping or latency arbitrage.
- Use reverse or hedge arbitrage.
- Use price feed emulators or similar exploits.
- Accounts using abusive or prohibited EAs can be cancelled, banned and not refunded — including Bootcamp and Hyper-Growth (instant) programs.
High Stakes Program
- Requires at least 3 profitable days.
- A “profitable day” is any day where closed trades make at least 0.5% of the initial balance.
Bootcamp Rules
- Stop Loss is mandatory on every position or order and must be set within 3 minutes.
- Per-position risk via SL must not exceed 2% of account balance.
- A 3% daily pause (“soft breach”) may apply on funded accounts.
- Opening a position without SL, or risking more than 2% on a single trade, counts as a risk violation.
- After 5 risk violations, the account is automatically terminated.
Prohibited Practices
- One-sided betting: always trading in one direction without proper market logic.
- Exploiting price discrepancies or latency (arbitrage behaviour).
- Bracket strategies around high-impact news with pending orders.
- Exploiting platform or price feed errors.
Inactivity Rule
- Accounts with no new orders for more than 30 calendar days will expire.
Payout Policy & Profit Split
The5ers offers different profit splits per program, with the ability to scale up to 100% as you progress.
