Overnight Holding Rule
Overnight trading is strictly prohibited.
All open positions must be closed by 4:10 PM EST each trading day.
- Positions left open after 4:10 PM EST may be force-liquidated.
- Repeated violations may result in account penalties.
- Weekend holding is not permitted.

- Automated trading systems are prohibited.
- Bots and algorithmic execution tools are not allowed.
- Manual skill-based trading is required at all times.
Copy Trading Policy
External signal copying and trade mirroring are prohibited.
- Copy trading from third-party sources is not allowed.
- Signal services and group trading are prohibited.
- Trades must originate from your own decisions.
- Copy trading is allowed only between your own Top One Futures accounts.
- Account type and account size must match.
- Elite 50K → Elite 50K is allowed.
- Instant 150K → Instant 150K is allowed.
- Ignite 100K → Ignite 100K is allowed.

Minimum Trade Duration Rule
All trades must remain open for more than 10 seconds.
- Trades closed within 10 seconds may violate platform rules.
- Occasional violations may be tolerated.
- If approximately 50% or more of total trades violate this rule, profits may be removed.
- If approximately 50% or more of withdrawable profits come from violating trades, those profits may be removed.
Inactivity Rule

When a payout is approved and processed, the maximum drawdown becomes locked at:
